We believe in absolute flexibility. Below is our clear cancellation and refund payout policy.
1. Pause Calendar Controls
- You can pause or skip any delivery day on your subscription calendar via the Customer Portal.
- Skipping a day immediately extends your subscription length by 1 day (it credits back automatically). No refund is required for skipped days, as your service is extended.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription routine at any time via the Customer Portal.
- Upon cancellation, tomorrow's prep order is stopped, and the remaining value of your subscription balance is calculated.
3. Down-Switching & Surplus Credit
- If you switch from a higher-priced routine (e.g. Monthly) to a lower-priced routine (e.g. Weekly), the remaining unused credit of your old plan is calculated.
- Any negative difference (surplus credit remaining) is automatically logged as a **Pending Refund Ticket** in our billing records.
4. Refund Payouts
- Approved cancellation balances and down-switch surplus refunds are processed manually by our Super Admin.
- Refunds are returned directly to your original payment source (UPI/Card) via Razorpay.
- Once triggered by our admin, refunds will reflect in your account within **5 to 7 business days** according to standard bank timelines.
